One-on-one yoga instruction helps to set up good foundation for your practice, discover beneficial pose modifications and develop your own program based on your needs. I like working with people new to yoga and "not flexible" type (believe me, you don't need to be flexible or "look like yogi" to benefit from yoga!). Many employers noticed positive effects of yoga at the work place (less back pain, better focus and stress management, more energy, increased productivity and job satisfaction) and would like to have a class during lunch break or before/after work. If your office is in Snohomish County and you have a conference room or similar space, we can transform it into a yoga studio! I will create personalized classes based on your group needs and teach a few simple techniques that can be done any time, even at the desk. Typical office yoga class is 45-60 min.
